However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and device displays. Product measurements and fit may also vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing and availability, subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and other charges will be displayed during checkout before an order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by a material error, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.

Payments must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout. Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or other available communication channel.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

We may contact you to verify order details, delivery information or payment where reasonably necessary. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and arrange any applicable refund in accordance with law.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and a complete delivery address.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our expected delivery timeline is 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. Tracking information will be shared when available.

7. Returns, Refunds and Size Exchanges

Refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged or defective, subject to verification and applicable law.

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Products requested for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging.

To request a damaged-product refund or size exchange, email support@mstry.in with your order number and relevant details. Photos or an uncut parcel-opening video may be requested to help assess a claim.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-provider processing times.
